  Welcome to Valkyrie Yorkies, a small, family-owned breeder of Yorkshire terriers located just outside of Hickory, NC. My love for the Yorkie breed began in childhood, and we take great pride in breeding healthy bloodlines to preserve the breed. As a previous vet tech with a focus on reproduction, I understand the importance of responsible breeding practices. Our in-home breeding program allows us to prioritize the health and well-being of our dogs and their puppies.

  We are proud to be "Good Dog" certified, a program dedicated to promoting responsible breeding practices. The Good Dog screening process includes reference checks, policy review, phone interviews, facility requirements, health testing, puppy rearing protocols, and enrichment.

  We specialize in producing beautiful and healthy puppies of every color variety, but our top priority is always the health of our animals.
